The Center for Community Solutions is a proud cosponsor of the National Academies of Practice conference, Patient-centered Care: Working together in an Interprofessional World, on September 14-15, 2012, at the Intercontinental Cleveland Hotel on the campus of the Cleveland Clinic. We believe that health and social services professionals in across Ohio would both benefit and find the program of great interest; continuing education credits are pending.
